Costs Certainty

We’re results based, not time driven.
Our value is not in our time but, our knowledge, experience and advice.

On account of our experience, we offer both fixed and ‘capped’ costs.  (‘Capped’ – where you pay no more than we estimate – or pay less – if it takes us less time.) In disputed matters – we’ll provide a ‘staged’ costs agreement. We can also act on a ‘retainer’ basis – where you pay a fixed monthly fee – particularly tailored to our ‘advisory’ clients.

We realise certainty of spend is crucial to good business. We also believe that time-based costing is an incentive to do ‘less-for-more’ – a non-sensical notion that encourages inefficiency. We’ve been around long enough to know what our work should cost (is worth) – without the need for an Egg-Timer and we’ll stand by it.
